Rebutia Neocumingii - forest gnome
In the town of Wehnimer's Landing there dwells an abnormally pitiful cymbal playing bard without a home. Rebutia crawled away from the rebellious Rosengift rangers.
History

Caution
Don't get too close to this filthy forest gnome, Rebutia is constantly fighting an illness and will sneeze all over you. Uncouth, crude, crass, inebriated, and mean, Rebutia is known to dumpster dive and eat whatever she finds including the things she knows she shouldn't eat.
