An elven metal, veniom is exceptional in its light weight and gravity-repulsing nature. Veniom is not strong, and as such is rarely used to craft entire weapons. It is instead used as ornamentation or to reduce the overall weight of a weapon or suit of armor, such as by making the blade of a heavier, stronger material, and crafting the hilt out of veniom. Highly refined veniom is lighter than air, and the House of Illistim have utilized this feature of veniom to create ships capable of flight.
