GIVE is used to hand an item to someone. Items may be given directly from the right or left hand, although the right hand is the default.

Usage:
- GIVE {person} {amount} - Give the specified amount of silver to someone
- GIVE {person} [RIGHT] - Offer the object in your right hand to someone
- GIVE {person} LEFT - Offer the object in your left hand to someone
- GIVE {object} TO {target} - Offer an object you are holding to someone or something
