Welkin Hall

Welkin Hall is the Premium Hall located in Kharam Dzu on Teras Isle. It is located down a stony path located at Ghorsa Isle, Plaza Northeast.

A table stocked with Premium teleportation jewelry is located in the first room, the Common Hall.

North of the Common Hall in Oriel Chamber there is food and drink for the Four Winds members to partake in.

On the refreshment tray you see a toasted oatcake, a handful of peanuts, a mug of frothy dark ale and a cup of spiced apple cider.

On the silver serving cart you see a crumbly spiced apple tart, a mug of rich black coffee, a mug of hot rum toddy, a butter pecan cookie, a mug of creamy hot cocoa and a frosted chocolate donut.

Note: In Platinum, at least, a character under twenty trainings cannot GO PORTAL or CLIMB PORTAL to Welkin Hall.
