A clerk (Cysaegir)

Naertrisae, who appears as a clerk, is an NPC found in Cysaegir who runs the citizenship office inside of Rhyaesdid Hall. She is the NPC one goes to when asking about gaining citizenship.

Description

The tilted dark sea green eyes of the young female clerk sparkle merrily, and her diaphanous wings are the same beautiful color as her eyes.  Although very thin, she appears healthy with a clear olive complexion.  A scintillating blue gem that is attached to a chain, and threaded through her braided hair, rests on her forehead.  Wearing an ivory-colored button-downed shirt, with matching trousers flatters her figure.
