We have returned to Caligos Isle with more champagne to commemorate this year's festivities! The sabres can be used to open the bottles. The belt-worn cases are specially designed to carry a bottle and two flutes. Enjoy!
On the tall table you see:

You have the sense that merchants can alter this item as long as it remains a case-like item that can hold a champagne bottle and two flutes. Alterations should not describe the interior, as that is already set!

This bottle is limited in that when it runs out of charges, it will not automatically refill. Endless bottles are extremely difficult to procure.
