The stationery system is the "original" writing system that encompasses a series of interconnected stationery supplies. Its first items included stationery signets, sealing wax, stationery paper, and stationery quills, which were all introduced by GM Itzel via the merchant Periope. The items included in the system have since been expanded and updated several times.
The stationery system and its items should not be confused with the mail system, which utilizes similar items that have different scripts associated with them.
Items in the system include:
- Stationery box
- Stationery paper
- Stationery quills
- Stationery signet rings
- Sealing wax for use with the signets
- Ink pots
