He is wearing some dark bronze silk robes accented by black palm tendrils, a dark blood red veil inlaid with tiny jagged chips of bone, a rune-painted leather amulet pouch, a petrified sand viper skull pendant, a scarab-inset copper sun talisman, a curved goat hide shield, a spiral-etched copper thumb ring, a sand-hued yierka hide wineskin, some black and coppery silk leg-wraps, and a pair of spurred yierka hide riding boots.
History
After being mortally wounded in battle approximately 600 years prior, Deshai was preyed upon by the witch, Raznel, captured by her, and used for her nefarious purposes.
On day 8 of the month Imaerasta in the year 5119, a party ventured into the Red Vale to attempt to release the paragon. Upon meeting them, Deshal requested blood sacrifices of the party by combat to the death between the group's warriors. After the last of the blood sport was completed, he himself fought the champion, Roblar Coronia, and was ultimately defeated. Afterwards, he impaled himself upon a wall of bone spears, releasing himself from his prison and Raznel's grasp.
