Subject: Upcoming Dates

Hello everyone. Our bloodscrip event will be held in the Viridian Coil at Bloodriven Village on March 6th at roughly 2pm ET. The way to Duskruin will only be open that Sunday and will be shut down shortly after the event. You will not be able to go into the arena or sewers while there, but any merchandise that was on sale last time will be available.

Duskruin will be returning April 25th and will be closing down May 3rd. We will have some updates on this run that will make things interesting (I hope).

I'll have more information in individual threads (the bloodscrip event I'll talk about first in the coming days). These dates are still considered tentative, but they are set in stone in my calendar.

You'll see details in the coming days. Anyone can attend, there is no price. You just cannot earn new bloodscrip. It will likely be an auction format with some flat priced things. All items that were for sale last run will be available while the village is open, and may be the last time some of them will be available entirely.

The same inventory won't be available when new bloodscrip are introduced. That much is still the case.

However, Spellbound inventory was already removed after the last run, so that shop will likely be closed. Thanks for mentioning it before the event so it didn't come as a shock to anyone.

Alright, so we're going to do another auction format, this is because it is intended to be an extension of what we already did last year and I don't want to move to a new format for this. Moving forward, I plan on trying a hybrid auction format, which you'll see in April. I think it will help in some ways, but we'll have to try it and see.

Either way, auction on Sunday, March 6th, at roughly 2pm ET. This is the auction list.

12-setting gold ring
Spirit familiar bastard sword to summon a specific animal and has the ability to self bless
Self-mana Premonition (1220) item
Crate whistle
Skeleton key (1x/hour)
Blank deathweapon
Premade weightless sack (50lbs)
Weight-reducing to be added to your container
Enchant (+5) an item (can't be over masterfully weighted/padded/sighted)
Enchant (+5) a DB item or create a new 1x DB item

I might include mundane/fluff services on top of this list, but that depends on the turn out.

Just a reminder, no arena or sewer activity will be going on. Shops will be open, but Spellbound will be closed. You can shop if you have bloodscrip. I'll likely open the area late Saturday night (likely super early Sunday) and leave it open all day.

What you do from now until then is up to you. Since most of these items are already made, passing items doesn't really matter. You must have all the bloodscrip redeemed on your person.

Limited to one per account is how we typically do these, so I will be following that rule for this. Just didn't come to me when I was typing up my post to mention it.

Just as a heads up, anything coded pre-GS4 days has very little flavor. The standards we code at now run laps around anything made in the 90s. That said, it's still old and unique in the sense we don't typically have things like this anymore. Partially because code was a lot more simple and nothing was ever too intricate. You just added a +30 and called it a day. It traps LOOK, RUB, TURN, GET/DROP. In its time, this was pretty high-end for what it could do.

It's permablessed for 2 hours a day OR summons a specific familiar.
