| The sharp smell of the sea permeates the air here, the scents of acrid smoke, rotten eggs, and burnt hair adding extra notes to the aroma. Nestled into a hearth at one end of the room is a huge cauldron, the ceiling above stained black with soot. Pushed into one corner is a water-stained wooden work table, a warped stool sitting askew in front of it, while a barnacle-covered wooden shelf is mounted above. A discolored wooden door, its surface covered in a plethora of pinned papers covered in smudged handwriting, leads to a yard. Much of the cottage is water-damaged, as though it has recently flooded. | |

On the wooden work table you see: a slender vial of luminous powdered moonstone, a slim bottle of iridescent powdered sunstone, a plump wool toy llama with shaggy cream fur, a rough noose made from a coil of hemp rope, a long spiraled horn, a smooth wooden eyeball, and a scribbled note.

| Red cedar boards have been neatly nailed together into a fence that encloses this space into a private backyard and garden. Whatever ground isn't covered by bushes, grass, and plants is scattered with overlapping tiny pawprints, chewed bones, and dug holes. A tiny replica of the cottage is set in one corner, its surface covered in clinging ivy, the front door open to allow entrance for any puppy-sized animals. A round steel bowl is set in the opposite corner, a similar bowl full of water resting beside it. You also see an ivy-wrapped wooden sign with bitemarks around the base. | |

I have found the light of a full moon severely affects them in different ways. I have only found certain preparations of sunstone or moonstone can keep the changes at bay or force them to change. They do not seem to age, at least, but they are certainly not normal. I will be seeking responsible owners for these puppies, as I cannot handle the amount I have currently. I can provide puppy grooming services for new owners, though I regret that I can only affect what they appear like in their 'normal' phase. ~Tugaroulu
