Engraver's Shop

Engraver's Shop is a shop in Wehnimer's Landing that specializes in shield engraving. Services offered here are available to members of any of the Cooperative Houses of Elanthia only.

The proprietor is a master engraver.

Weapons and armor, intricately engraved, etched and damascened, line the walls of this impressive, cluttered workshop. Apprentices and students hunch over benches, lavishing ornamentation on finely forged arms. Overseeing it all from one corner is Karl Owntafeet, Master Engraver. You also see a large sign, an uncomfortable chair and the master engraver.

In the Common language, it reads:
Engravement of your House Coat of Arms:  10% of the value of the object to be engraved.  Minimum fee 100 silvers.   Maximum fee 1000 silvers.  You must be a member of a House to avail yourself of this service.  -- Karl Owntafeet, Master Engraver to the Houses of Elanthia.

Engravings

There are three types of engravings done by the Master Engraver: ASCII, text, and image. The customer need only pick one at the time of purchase; the other three can be toggled using ENGRAVE SHIELD <option> when standing in the engraver's shop.
