On North Ring Road, outside of the pavilion, a candle-lit path has appeared, leading to the grounds of the Festival of Frost, compliments of the halfling merchant Tolby!
The grounds are temporary and will only last until the end of the year. There is an ice skating arena, with ice skates sold outside of it on a stand. There's a shop with some warm clothing for sale, and a tent with some warm treats to enjoy. There's also a snowy field to enjoy some snowball fights, or a roaring bonfire nearby to warm yourself up.
The Festival of Frost runs November 15 - December 31, 2011.
