Lockrot oil can be applied to the lock of a locked box to reduce the size of the lock. The amount of difficulty reduced depends on the rank of the potion. Lockrot oil can be made via Alchemy.

Multiple pours within the time limit will stack. The reduced lock size will determine experience gained and max lock status.
