Kayse (prime)/Vignette: Shinann

Shinann is currently being watched in the barracks.  I imagine she will sleep for quite a bit of time after the excitement of last night.  I have no authority over your men, but I did ask them to watch her and make sure she didn’t leave unattended.  She is not herself--whether it’s temporary or permanent…well, I suppose time will tell.  


Stephos also provided part of Naimorai’s journal in the late hours.  Most of it had been burned and Andrew was found dead. Stephos read us the pages and the Mayor currently has them in his possession.  He did say he would make them public…
