Log
[Town Square Central]
This is the heart of the main square of Wehnimer's Landing. The impromptu shops of the bazaar are clustered around this central gathering place, where townsfolk, travellers, and adventurers meet to talk, conspire or raise expeditions to the far-flung reaches of Elanith. At the north end, an old well, with moss-covered stones and a craggy roof, is shaded from the moonlight by a strong, robust tree. The oak is tall and straight, and it is apparent that the roots run deep.
Lady Naimorai just arrived.
Speaking to Naimorai, Irar says, "Lady Naimorai."
Naimorai nods.
Naimorai says, "Hello."
Naimorai says, "Deacon."
Naimorai glances around the area.
Naimorai glances at Irar.
Naimorai says, "I am glad you are about."
Speaking to Naimorai, Irar says, "Your father told me you wanted to see me."
Naimorai says, "I appreciate your prayers and patience weeks ago, when last we truly talked."
Naimorai nods at Irar.
Naimorai says, "Perhaps, we should step aside over here...little quieter than the center of town."
Lady Naimorai just went east.
[Town Square, East]
Here in the center of a broad plaza near the commercial area of the bazaar stands the impressive facade of the slate-roofed Moot Hall, where the citizens of Wehnimer's Landing hold various official, religious and social functions. Facing the square are some of the town's more prosperous shops, still doing business with the many customers who still frequent the streets at night.
Naimorai says, "I want to thank you again."
Naimorai nods at Irar.
Irar nods.
Naimorai says, "As a Deacon of the Church of Koar, I know you are in a great position of trust and influence."
Irar sighs.
Naimorai says, "So thank you for listening to me, and guiding me."
Speaking to Naimorai, Irar says, "Of course."
Naimorai says, "I had entrusted something to you."
Naimorai says, "A small item. I am seeking its return."
Irar nods.
Naimorai asks, "May I?"
Naimorai peers quizzically at Irar.
Speaking to Naimorai, Irar says, "It is no longer in my possession."
Naimorai says, "I see."
Irar says, "For that, I apologize."
Naimorai asks, "Now how did that come to happen Deacon?"
Naimorai narrows her eyes and clenches her fists.
Speaking to Naimorai, Irar says, "I have come to believe I was poisoned."
Naimorai says, "A convenient mishap."
Speaking to Naimorai, Irar says, "You know full and well my word is absolute."
Naimorai says, "But I am truly sorry if that is the case."
Speaking to Naimorai, Irar says, "You should also know that this is known by all."
Naimorai asks, "What else is known by all?"
Speaking to Naimorai, Irar says, "That I do not break my word."
Kayse whispers something to Naimorai.
Speaking to Naimorai, Irar says, "And despite entreaties by your own mother, I kept it."
Irar squints at Naimorai.
Naimorai asks, "Are Deacons of the Church typically as loose with their lips as they are their inventory?"
Speaking to Naimorai, Irar says, "I don't know any other Deacons."
Naimorai whispers something to Kayse.
Naimorai says, "Perhaps they are a dying breed."
Kayse whispers something to Naimorai.

Irar says, "I've only ever sought to do my duty."
(Kayse shoots Naimorai a cool gaze as she regards her.)
Irar glances at Cruxophim.
Irar glances at you.
Speaking flatly to Naimorai, Kayse says, "Fine."
Naimorai says, "Carelessness is often rewarded harsh consequences."
(Kayse holds the blackish silver vial up to Naimorai. Her hand slightly shaking as she gives her the blackish silver vial.)
Speaking to Naimorai, Irar asks, "Consequences?"
Kayse offers Naimorai a blackish silver vial.
Naimorai says, "Please do be more careful out there Deacon."
Speaking to Naimorai, Irar exclaims, "You threaten me?!"
Naimorai accepts Kayse's blackish silver vial.
Naimorai says, "Threaten? Hardly."
Kayse glances expectantly at Naimorai.
Irar scowls.
