That's very interesting. I'm trying to figure out how I missed that document. It'd probably be a good idea to link to that page at the bottom of the article in an External Links section.  :)

I know I had "read" the article before, but it was a long while back and didn't stand out in my mind. I know that its existance had basically fallen from memory, but I happened to stumble upon it again. Its a little out of the way I guess. IRVINETOMOE 18:04, 6 October 2006 (EDT)
