Do wands affect DS at all when held in the off-hand with a runestaff? I don't think they do, and if that's true, it should probably be entered in this article. - Andy ^talk 23:34, 5 February 2007 (EST)

I'm about 90.78% sure that only wands don't provide a DS penalty. Gems blessed with 325 do, and I think I remember reading on the boards a long time ago that it's only wands. Jeremy 08:38, 6 February 2007 (EST)
