I would like to see someone list this information on the ACCUSE page: When I did ACCUSE <PLAYERNAME> DISMISS today, both before and after the player got put in jail, I got:

A town official listens attentively to your comments before saying, "Hmm...we've nobody pending trial by that name that did a crime against you. Sorry."

I think it would be helpful to show this information, what it looks like when your ACCUSE DISMISS fails. I would also like to see the messaging for when it succeeds.
