Thadz

Thadz was a halfling and member of the Fortuneers.

Thadz was one of the members of the Fortuneer party to discover the secret of Keelagh the Scarbeard. Thadz was killed not far from the base camp for the Fortuneers in Solhaven. At first, his death was believed to be murder, but subsequent investigation revealed that Thadz had died in a freak accident. Unlike the other deaths, which occurred at the time, Thadz returned as a ghost and was subsequently captured in a special box. In turn, this box was stolen by Sankir the Bloodfist and recovered on the subsequent raid on Sankir's island fortress.

Appearance

You see Fortuneer Thadz. He appears to be a Halfling. 
He appears to be in the prime of life and average height.  He has large amber eyes and ruddy skin.  He has raggedly cut, tousled chestnut hair with lighter streaks.  He has a weathered face, a broken nose and thick bushy eyebrows. 
He is in good shape. 
He is wearing a steel shield, some filthy rugged leather boots, some soft roan doeskin trousers, a stained leather toolbelt, a tarnished steel breastplate, a gleaming ten pointed rolaren badge, a battered centaur hide backpack, and a weathered and worn oiled leather greatcloak.

After Death

Cooling on the ground are the remains of a halfling male, minus one head.  In one of the corpse's hands is a ring-bound bristly fake mustache, while the other hand is roughly sliced off halfway down the fingers as though from a defensive wound.  On the body are some filthy rugged leather boots, some soft roan doeskin trousers, a stained leather toolbelt, a tarnished steel breastplate, a gleaming ten pointed rolaren badge, a battered centaur hide backpack, and a weathered and worn oiled leather greatcloak.
