Article/Edits at Risk for Deletion

Hi there, CHADDEAUX. In reviewing recent updates to the wiki, I saw that you are among two different users who have made edits to Drektor (prime), which was previously created by a third user. There is no indication that Drektor's player has given permission to another player to create or edit his character page. Gswiki:Policy #4 prohibits users from creating or editing character pages unless the character is theirs or they have been given permission by that character's player to make those edits. If permission is granted by the character's player, it must be clearly stated on the character's talk page. To add that text to the article's talk page, you or the character's owner will need to click on the "Discussion" link at the top of the page and then enter the text, followed by a digital signature of ~~~~, in the text editing box. This must be done for each person to whom the character's owner has granted editing permissions. I am flagging Drektor (prime) as marked for moderator review/deletion and am contacting all three users that have edited it. If that information is not added within 7 days, the article or individual edits will be deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from the articles. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements. Related, I did see that you credited Drektor's player for File:Drektor2.webp, and that you already noted that you were given permission by his player to upload it. Thank you for doing so. Images and Article Edits at Risk for Deletion

Hello, CHADDEAUX. I am reaching out to you about two things.

First, a few years ago you created and edited a character page article, Dirvy (prime), which has since then been edited by another user. There is no indication anywhere that Dirvy's player gave you permission to create or edit a character page on their behalf. Gswiki:Policy prohibits users from creating or editing character pages unless the character is theirs or they have been given permission by that character's player to make those edits. If you do have permission to edit Dirvy's character page, you will need to indicate this by clearly stating it on its Discussion/Talk tab, Talk:Dirvy (prime), that you have been given permission to do so by her player. Alternatively, Dirvy's player can put that information on the discussion page. When adding that information, please make sure to add ~~~~ at the end of your comments, which will automatically add a "signature" with your user name, plus the date and time of when your edit was made.

Second, you previously uploaded three images to the wiki which are missing some required information. GSwiki now has a new policy for all images uploaded to it. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about that policy and the requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki.

You will need to add whether Stormyrain also gave you permission to upload the image onto the wiki. This information will need to be noted both on the image file as well as all articles displaying it.
• File:Dirvy by Flimbo.jpg - Thank you for already stating that Flimbo created this artwork. You will need to add whether Flimbo also gave you permission to upload the image onto the wiki. This information will need to be noted both on the image file as well as all articles displaying it.
• File:Zailon.png - Thank you for already stating that Flimbo created this artwork. You will need to add whether Flimbo also gave you permission to upload the image onto the wiki. This information will need to be noted both on the image file as well as all articles displaying it.

In all cases for the character page and the three images, if the required information is not added within 7 days, the edits to the character page and the images will be deleted from the wiki.
