Article/Edits at Risk for Deletion
Hi there, ELADAMRI. In reviewing some of the recent updates, I saw that another account has made edits to Peatwyn (prime), which you originally created and until now have been the sole player editor. It is not clear who is the player behind Peatwyn, although the edit history seems to indicate that the character may be associated with your account.
There is no indication on the article's Discussion/Talk tab that Peatwyn's player gave you permission to create or edit a character page on their behalf. Gswiki:Policy prohibits users from editing character pages unless the character is theirs or they have been given permission by that character's player to make those edits. If you do have permission to edit this character page, you will need to indicate this by clearly stating it on its Discussion/Talk tab, Talk:Peatwyn (prime), that you have been given permission to do so by the player. Simply noting that in the edit reason for an article is not enough for Gswiki:Policy. Alternatively, Peatwyn's player can put that information on the discussion page. When adding that information, please make sure to add ~~~~ at the end of your comments, which will automatically add a "signature" with your user name, plus the date and time of when your edit was made.
If you are Peatwyn's player and you have given permission to anyone else to edit the character page, then you will need to clearly state that on Talk:Peatwyn (prime). If you are using multiple accounts to edit a character, you will still need to include that permissions statement. Alternatively, those accounts with permission to edit it can add that information on your behalf. Edits made prior to July, 2023, are grandfathered into an earlier version of Gswiki:Policy for character pages and will not be reverted or deleted.
If that information is not added within 7 days, the most recent edits to the character page by LARSERBEAM will be deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from any flagged character page. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for editing character pages, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone Discord forum's wiki thread. Thank you for understanding. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 09:20, 9 September 2025 (CDT)
Images at Risk for Deletion
Hello, ELADAMRI. You recently uploaded several images to the wiki that are missing some information required by Gswiki:Policy. The images requiring your attention are File:Firstassignment.jpg, File:Envoyoficeandmemory.jpg, File:Stormbound.jpg, File:Merchant250.jpg, File:Shorelineofforgottenmemories.jpg, File:Oysterbed.jpg, File:Luthier.jpg, File:Rareminerals.jpg, File:Forestgnome2.jpg, File:Griffinslegacy.jpg, File:Templegriffin.jpg, File:Ascentandtrials.jpg File:Kingofsardin.jpg, File:Doorbeneaththeice.jpg, File:Heirofthestormgiants.jpg, File:Wanderofthewastes.jpg, File:Glacialblade.jpg, File:AsraiFire.jpg, File:TheFallofSardin.jpg, File:ShoreofDestiny.jpg, File:SanctuaryofLight.jpg File:Tidepoolofvisions.jpg, File:DrakesAtSea.jpg, File:Bladesofgrace.jpg, File:ChilledCommander.jpg, File:Coppersorceressofthelanding.jpg, File:EpicOverature.jpg, File:EternalEchoes.jpg, File:JadeBlade.jpg, File:JadeBladeatSea.jpg, File:TheArena.jpg, File:Bladesofgrace2.jpeg, File:Sraven.jpg, File:Defeatedwyrm3.jpg, File:Ballista.jpg, File:Defeatedwyrm5.jpg, File:Puckeredsurprise2.jpg, File:Puckeredsurprise3.jpg, File:SongandStorm3.jpg, and File:Mute.jpg. Your images are missing the following information:
- If AI imaging software was used to create it, Category:AI artwork must be in the image description for inclusion in Category:AI artwork.
All images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in Category:AI artwork. All articles using a moderator-flagged image will also need to have their captions updated to include this required information.
If you need examples on how to do this, Gswiki:Style guide/Images has copy/paste code examples for different image types. If you need instructions on how to do each step, Help:Images goes into detail on how to edit image Files and how to display them with captions on articles.
If that information is not added within 7 days, any moderator-flagged images will deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from any flagged image File. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone Discord forum's wiki thread. Recently Uploaded Images
Hi again, ELADAMRI. Thank you very much for being consistent about including most of the information needed by Gswiki:Policy for image uploads on the images you add to the wiki. I want to remind you that all images created with AI-generating software must be included in Category:AI artwork. This is done by typing [[Category:AI artwork]] as part of the image's text description. This is something that you have been omitting still from your recent uploaded images. I have already made adjustments on your behalf to the image files that you recently uploaded, so no action needs to be taken by you this time. If you would like to see how that is done, you can click on "Edit Source" on any of the images file to see it. However, please be aware that any future images that do not include all required information, including the AI artwork category for AI-generated images, them will be flagged for moderator review and potential deletion. Thank you for understanding. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 08:09, 20 December 2024 (CST)
Images at Risk for Deletion
Hello, ELADAMRI. You recently uploaded six differnt images to the wiki, File:Kashira Balcony.jpg, File:Kashira Final 2.jpg, File:Kashira final 6.jpg, File:Kashira new 3.jpg, File:Kashira Sparrow.jpg, and File:KashiraLanding.jpg, that are missing all information required by Gswiki:Policy on the image files. All of the six image are missing the following information:
- Who created the image?
- If that person is not you, was permission granted by the artist to upload it?
- If AI imaging software was used to create it, what is the name of that software?
- If AI imaging software was used to create it, [[Category:AI artwork]] must be in the image description for inclusion in Category:AI artwork.
Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about the image policy and its requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. This information needs to be on the images as well as on all articles using them. In addition, all images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in Category:AI artwork. To add that text to the image file, you will need to click on "Edit Source" on the image file itself and add all of the required information. All articles using this image will also need to have their captions updated to include this required information. I did see that three of the images are already featured on the character page for Kashira (prime) with captions from prior images uploaded by you, however it is not clear if that information is still accurate as nothing was included on the image files themselves.
If that information is not added within 7 days, these images will be deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from the images. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone Discord forum's wiki thread. Thank you for understanding. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 08:17, 19 September 2024 (CDT)
- Hi again, ELADAMRI. I previously reached out to you about the above six images. I see that you have updated three of the six with the information required by Gswiki:Policy's section on Copyrights, however in doing so, you removed the {{mod-delete}} template from them. This template should not be removed by anyone other than a moderator as it slows down the review process. While I recognize that the template removal was likely done by mistake, please do not do so again in the future as it could be considered a violation of Gswiki:Policy. That said, thank you for getting three of the images updated to conform with the standard for Copyrights. The other three images that have not yet been updated, File:Kashira Final 2.jpg, File:Kashira final 6.jpg, and File:Kashira new 3.jpg, still have until the date noted on their banner to be updated or they will be removed from the wiki. Hello ELADAMRI! I enjoyed learning more about your character through your wiki uploads. Thank you for sharing with us. I noticed that your images File:EladarmiStorvald.png and File:Asrai.png are not currently in compliance with the wiki policy located at Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights. Please add the following information to the file pages and the captions of the images on any pages they are used on (excluding header images) regarding:
- who the copyright holder is, if there is one
- whether or not AI created the artwork, and if so which program and credit to the person/user who prompted the creation (even if yourself)
- permission - if you are not the copyright holder, indicate that you have permission granted to upload, even if it is AI artwork
Because this is a policy violation, we provide you seven days to update both the file pages with the above information and the captions on any pages on which the files are used. After that, the images are subject to removal. We appreciate your understanding as we comply with policy and help to protect artists. MOD-GSMOTTE (talk) 11:50, 28 July 2023 (CDT)
Hello ELADAMRI! When I was reviewing your edits to Severine, I noticed that:
- It has been created for a player's character in GemStone IV prime. Following Help:Character pages, this would then need to be titled 'Severine (prime)' instead of just 'Severine'.
- It is unclear if the account ELADAMRI owns the character Severine. If ELADAMRI is not the owner of the character Severine, Severine's player needs to add permission for ELADAMRI to (1) create and/or (2) edit their character's page.
- The page has been completely blanked and has no available information. This may have been done because you wished the article would be deleted. In that case, please use the template {{delete}} to request us to delete this page.
Since we are not sure of your intent with this page or if you are the owner of the character Severine, we are going to give you seven days to clear up these issues either by a reply on the article in question's talk page (Talk:Severine), a reply on your user talk page (User talk:ELADAMRI), or a reply on my talk page (User talk:MOD-GSMOTTE). Please either let us know if you own the character Severine, have Severine permit the account ELADAMRI to create this character page via a note left on (Talk:Severine_(prime)), or if you would like the page to be deleted (add {{delete}} to the edit box of the article Severine).
If we do not hear from you by August 4, 2023, we will be putting the delete template on this page and it will be deleted on August 11, 2023.
I hope that you are not discouraged by these requests for minor changes. We appreciate your additions to the wiki. Please let us know if we can help in any way. That's what we are here for!

Images at Risk for Deletion
Hello, ELADAMRI. I am reaching out to you four multiple images that you uploaded to the wiki. GSwiki has a new policy for all images uploaded to it. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about that policy and the requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. I have flagged several of your images that are not in compliance. None of them are currently used on any articles and simply exist as files on the wiki. The images that have been flagged as needing updated information are as follows:
- File:Renald4.png - Who created the image? Based on the watermark, it appears that AI software (ArtflowAI) was used to create it; this will need to be clearly noted in the image description. Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you?
- File:Renald.png - Who created the image? Based on the watermark, it appears that AI software (ArtflowAI) was used to create it; this will need to be clearly noted in the image description. Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you? Note: This appears to be a duplicate version of Renald4.png at a different resolution.
- File:SeverineandRen.png - Who created the image? What AI imaging software was used, if any? Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you?
- File:EladMando.png - Who created the image? Based on the watermark, it appears that AI software (ArtflowAI) was used to create it; this will need to be clearly noted in the image description. Was permission granted by the creator to upload this image if that person is not you?
If that information is not added within 7 days, these images will be deleted from the wiki. I understand that MOD-MOTTE had reached out to you before about some images needing attribution information added, and I thank you for updating that information for most of your images. These appear to be the only ones remaining that are missing that information among your recent uploads. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone [forum's wiki thread]. Thank you for your understanding. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 11:09, 23 August 2023 (CDT)
