Hello! I enjoyed reading about your character, Sayakah. While I was reviewing updates on her character page Sayakah (platinum), I noticed that you did not include the artist or copyright information on the page itself the image File:Sayakah and Ghost.png that is displayed on it. Please see Help:Style#Copyrights for more information about the requirement to provide the source and artist name for all images uploaded to GSwiki. If you are the artist who created the image, you can simply note that instead. If you need an example of how to do this, the character page Arenglae (prime) does this very clearly for all of the portraits. Additionally, if the image was created using AI software, you will need to note what software was used to create it. Unfortunately simply stating that you own the copyright to the image is not sufficient, nor is the presence of an artist's signature or watermark. As an example, it can be as simple as, "Image created by the uploader using MidJourney" (or whatever software is appropriate). Thanks for understanding! Hello, ZEUS. I previously reached out to you about an image on your character page, Sayakah (platinum). GSwiki has a new policy for all images uploaded to it. I have flagged one of your images that is not in compliance with the updated Gswiki:Policy for Copyrights regarding images. The image that has been flagged as needing updated information is as follows:

• File:Sayakah and Ghost.png - Who created this image? If that person is not you, do you have permission to upload it?

If that information is not added within 7 days, it will be deleted from the wiki. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone forum's wiki thread. If you re-upload it, please make sure to note that you are the image creator per the Copyrights section of the GSwiki's Policy.
