The Winter Cloak was first sold fully unlocked at the Grand Auction of 5123. It protects the wearer against cold weather effects, however reducing its weight also reduces its effectiveness. It is estimated to be worth about 1,250,000 silvers. It is a container with a maximum interior capacity of 100 pounds with room for any number of items. It is predominantly crafted of leather. The overcoat can be worn, hanging it from the shoulders. The overcoat appears to serve some purpose. The only alteration restrictions for this item are that it must be some sort of cloak-like, shoulders-worn garment and that the alteration reflect the protection provided (no negligees, to use an extreme example).
