Stumbling Pebble Bar II is an eatery in the Western Harbor, around Mist Harbor, that sells food. The proprietor is Brank, who took over after the disappearance of Greth Rottgut. It is located in a ramshackle brown-shingled store in a cluster of shops on Seathrak Way.
