Flower-strewn pale blue cart

The flower-strewn pale blue cart is a wandering cart in the Western Harbor, around Mist Harbor, that specializes in weaveable flowers. It is available during the summer season, and is run by a short fur-garbed gnome.

Cobblestones laid in concentric bands spread across the plaza from the four avenues that meet here and wrap around an enormous sandstone fountain. Glass-sided lanterns burn brightly from their position on wrought iron posts set at each intersection, their pleasant glow cheerily illuminating the area. You also see a flower-strewn pale blue cart with some stuff on it, a short fur-garbed gnome, a lacquered oak barrel and a lengthy curved bench around the perimeter of the plaza.
