Colorful painted wooden cart

The colorful painted wooden cart is a wandering cart in Mist Harbor that sells apparel. It is available in the summer and is run by a barefoot tall half-elf peddler.

Flanked on the east and west by guard towers, the small gatehouse stands silent sentry over the tall wrought iron gates that separate the encroaching jungle from the cobblestone streets of the town. Painted in muted hues of yellow and crowned with terracotta tiles, the tiny structure provides shelter for a pair of guards that stand rigidly at attention. You also see a colorful painted wooden cart with some stuff on it and a barefoot tall half-elf peddler.
