LOOK BARTENDER

Large and muscular, the giantman's head is more square than round. Thick peppered black sideburns frame his brick-shaped face, while dozens of scars stretch across his skin like faint webbing. A dirty white rag is thrown over his shoulder, and he nods to each guest who passes by.

You can talk to the bartender and ask him questions.

ASK BARTENDER ABOUT TAVERN

The scar-faced giantman nods and says, "I once ran a tavern in Barrett's Gorge, before it was overrun by the demonic scourge during the War of Shadows. But, as fate would have it, I survived, and found a new home in Hendor, and now here, in the Outpost. The Gorge is better now, but I think I like it here just fine."

ASK BARTENDER ABOUT NAME

The scar-faced giantman nods and says, "My name is Old Brick. I'm happy to be runnin' my own tavern again, and it doesn't seem Wehnimer's Landing has any shortage of people lookin' for a good meal and drink."

ASK BARTENDER ABOUT SCARS

The scar-faced giantman nods and says, "I got these scars protectin' a little girl named Abi, when the Scourge made it over the Demonwall, back in Barrett's Gorge. Sadly, she perished during the War of Shadows, which is half the reason I'm far north now. But no matter how much I try to forget, these scars won't let me."

ASK BARTENDER ABOUT GROG

The scar-faced giantman nods and says, "Aye, try some of our grog. We have two choices. Many think the Gorge Grog is the best, while many others think Glissando's Grog is the best. Hell, some can't even tell the difference."
