Fine opaline dust

Some fine opaline dust casts Untrammel.

The dust can be used by anyone even with no MIU training. It has four uses and can be TOSSed at either a webbed individual or an area web to Untrammel (209) it. Using it on a spider will prevent it from webbing, but using the dust in this form uses a CS vs. TD check.
