Foehn's Promise

Foehn's Promise was a merchant event that debuted in March, 2000. There was a Great Auction on 3/25-3/26/2000 with contents split between three rooms: Gold, Silver, and Copper. The Promise came back another time in 2005, relabeled as Solstice Dreams - Foehn's Promise.
