Zofiya is street urchin NPC of Mist Harbor. She was given shelter, along with several other children during the Surcease storyline, by Greth Rottgut of the Stumbling Pebble II bar. Based on ambients in the bar, he'd been caring for street urchins long before that, however.
Zofiya is known for her particularly headstrong personality.
