Originally a faction of elves who left prior to the creation of the Elven Empire, the Evashir spent time studying Rhoska-Tor before leaving it to found their own nation far to the southeast. Now known as the Principality of Evashir, it is a small, independent principality on the southeastern coast of the Southron Wastes, isolated from the worst of Rhoska-Tor's influence by the Toskathyr Mountains. The dark elves who live there are descended from those who first researched Rhoska-Tor as well as from Faendryl and Dhe'nar who have joined them over the generations. Much like the Faendryl and Dhe'nar, the original Evashiran dark elves were changed by Rhoska-Tor's influence.
