Appearance

You see Dulse the Acqsael.
His facial features are almost elven, with almond-shaped mist grey eyes, high cheekbones, and gently pointed ears.  He has wildly curly scarlet hair haloing his face.  Faintly glowing translucent fins fan outward from his slender forearms and down the back of his torso.  A long, flowing tail covered in silver-sheened charcoal scales extends below his waist.
Metallic-inked tattoos cover the scaleless portions of his skin, the meandering, organic lines evocative of swaying seaweed caught in a current.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a shell-spaced pectoral woven from crimson seaweed, a nyra pouch secured to a waist-wound string of starspine garnets, a pair of segmented driftwood bracers, and assorted carved coral rings.
