A-Parrot-ly is a shop in the Flotilla that specializes in snarky mechanical parrots. This is a rotating shop and may not be available at certain times.

The expansive deck is made of highly polished teak with occasional gear-shaped scuffs providing purchase. Twists of colorful sailcloth stitched with stylized dragon-like parrots swoop between ironwood poles and hold dozens of tiny crystalline lamps glittering in the sunlight. A gear-framed sign points toward the main cabin, which is invitingly open, but all other egresses into the ship are heavily guarded by scowling burghal gnomes armed to the teeth.

One entire wall of the cabin is comprised of a jade and wrought iron tree with dozens of spreading branches covered in lifelike mechanical parrots. The rest of the cabin is awash with gadgets, gears, and mechanical doo-dads in various stages of assembly. Behind a counter almost but not quite free of clutter, a burghal gnome sits tinkering with a bright green mithril parrot.
