'''Beggar Attire''' is a line of scripted clothing, accessories, and props that includes blindfolds, handwraps, robes, canes, and clappers. Each piece has two tiers, and the second tier is unlocked with a stamped certificate (or a voucher for the clapper). Some of the messaging references the character's features, such as eye characteristics, eye color, hair color, or hair style. The collection was created by GameMaster Thandiwe for the 2008 [[Ebon Gate Festival]]. The Leper's Clapper was added at Ebon Gate 2026. |

A worn blindfold makes the wearer's eye characteristic appear as "cloth-swaddled" when they are looked at, and hides the blindfold from inventory. It cannot be removed by justice or bathhouse attendants while worn. |

The Beggar Attire is a fluff feature altering script that applies to accessory, clothing and miscellaneous items. It was originally released at Ebon Gate 2008. It can temporarily alter a character's eyes and face. Blindfolds, handwraps, robes, canes, and the Leper's Clapper (2026), each with two tiers unlocked by certificate. The blindfold and unlocked handwraps temporarily alter the wearer's features.
Beggar Attire is a line of scripted clothing, accessories, and props that includes blindfolds, handwraps, robes, canes, and clappers. Each piece has two tiers, and the second tier is unlocked with a stamped certificate (or a voucher for the clapper). Some of the messaging references the character's features, such as eye characteristics, eye color, hair color, or hair style. The collection was created by GameMaster Thandiwe for the 2008 Ebon Gate Festival. The Leper's Clapper was added at Ebon Gate 2026.
Blindfold
A worn blindfold makes the wearer's eye characteristic appear as "cloth-swaddled" when they are looked at, and hides the blindfold from inventory. It cannot be removed by justice or bathhouse attendants while worn.
Analyze
You analyze the multi-folded dingy linen blindfold and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
The noun must remain "blindfold" only! It can be altered but must stay cloth of a semi-transparent type.
This item is fully unlocked. You sense you could PULL, REMOVE, RUB, TILT, TURN, WEAR, and WINK {targeted and untargeted} the multi-folded dingy linen blindfold.
Verb Usage
Tier 1
Off-the-shelf blindfolds can be worn and removed, and they have WINK messaging.

Handwrap
The handwraps must be worn to use their verbs. The material named in the messaging (shown here as cloth) follows the item's material, such as cloth or leather.
Analyze
You analyze the dirty linen handwraps and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
The noun must remain handwraps or hand-wraps only. The material must be cloth (of some type) or leather.
This item is fully unlocked. You sense you could WEAR, REMOVE, PUSH, PULL, TOSS, BEG {targeted and untargeted} , RUB, and CLEAN the dirty linen handwraps.
Verb Usage
Tier 1
Off-the-shelf handwraps can be worn and removed, and they have PULL and PUSH messaging. PUSH messaging changes based on the wearer's hair style.

1P: The dirt on your face flakes off and drifts away. 3P: The dirt clinging to Firstperson's face flakes off and drifts away.
Robes
The robe must be worn to use its verbs.
Analyze
You analyze the tattered dingy cloth robe and sense that the creator has provided the following information: The noun must stay robe or robes, must remain cloth, and be dirty. This item is fully unlocked. You sense you could WEAR, LEAN, PUSH, PULL, TAP, HUG, and put things into and take things out of the tattered dingy cloth robe.
