Spirit regeneration crystals are rings made by clerics trained in the Alchemic Trinkets subskill of Alchemy. These items aid the user in spirit regeneration.

Each completed formula will yield a ring with two charges.

The rings are restricted by both level of the user and time since last use.

1. Add crystalline solution
2. Add 2 doses of mashed red poppy
3. Add powdered orange spessartine garnet
4. Chant the Well of Life (308) spell
5. Infuse mana
6. Add glowing mineral water
7. Simmer
8. Seal

Lesser spirit regeneration crystal

The lesser spirit regeneration crystal recipe can be made by a cleric with 42 ranks in Alchemic Trinkets.

1. Add crystalline solution
2. Add 2 doses of ground barley mash
3. Add glowing violet mote of essence
4. Infuse mana
5. Add powdered pink tourmaline
6. Chant the Well of Life (308) spell
7. Add faintly radiant dust
8. Refract Sunlight through emerald lens
9. Seal
