Alaein Illistim

Alaein Illistim was the post-Lanenreat Argent Mirror who ruled when the gnomes were first officially encountered. The Council of Thrones wanted to evict the gnomes from the imperial forests and borderlands, fearing that allowing them to immigrate freely would set a precedent, which Alaein found unconvincing but turned out to be correct. He allowed the gnomes to remain, curious to see what would happen.

Alaein assumed the Peacock Throne in -6,088 Modern Era (43,019 Illistim) and presumably abdicated in -5,875 Modern Era (43,232 Illistim). He ruled for 213 years.
