The Swirling Tempest

The Swirling Tempest was a society of House Illistim that was dedicated to the study of elemental water magic. They would frequently test theirs ideas using large bodies of water, much to the chagrin of fishermen and surrounding marine life. There was some incident with a deep sea experiment in the ocean that turned out badly, which drew the ire of Charl, and thus gave them a very strong dislike of the Arkati in general. The Swirling Tempest will go very far out of its way to avoid drawing the attention of Charl.

Crest

The crest of The Swirling Tempest society was clashing wave crests upon a field of celadon.
