Subject: Minor EMPTY Verb Update
Very minor adjustment was made to the EMPTY verb today. Emptying contents from one container to another container will only take a flat 3 seconds now. Previously it could range from 3-20 seconds.
As part of this change, haste and slow effects will no longer effect this verb.
