You note the following details about a fleece-lined elk-hide overcoat:

It appears to weigh about 9 pounds.
It is estimated to be worth about 1,250,000 silvers.

It is predominantly crafted of leather.
The overcoat can be worn, hanging it from the shoulders.  The overcoat appears to serve some purpose.
