Uploaded Images

Hello! It has been great getting to know more about Jaysehn and his fleet. While I was looking at the various images on the Sentinel Fleet page, I noticed that they did not have information about the original source or that permission was granted to use them. Please see Help:Style#Copyrights for more information about the requirement to provide the source and artist name for all images uploaded to GSwiki. If you are the artist who created the artwork, you can simply note that instead. If you need an example of how to do this, the character page Arenglae (prime) does this very clearly for all of the portraits. Thanks for understanding! Uploaded Images and Captions

Hello, PTOLEMY. I have updated the image captions for all new images you added to your character page, Jaysehn (prime). GSwiki now has a new policy for all images uploaded to it. Please see Gswiki:Policy#AI-Generated Artwork for more information about that policy and how it pertains to any images created with AI imaging software. AI generated images cannot be noted as copyrighted, and the captions displaying AI generated images must reflect the same information as what you indicated in their file uploads. I have already updated the captions based on information you provided with the uploaded files, however please keep this in mind with any future use of them or other AI-generated images. In addition, I have also already added the required Category:AI artwork for all of your recently uploaded images. Duplicate Article

Hello, PTOLEMY. You recently created two identical articles, Paid in Full and Jaysehn (prime)/Reflections/Paid in Full. I suspect that the second is the article you intended to create and the first was made in error, due to the second following the Style Guide's standards for personal vignettes. Can you please confirm which duplicate should be deleted? This can be done by editing the one you wish deleted and putting in the {{delete}} template anywhere on the article. Images and Article Edits at Risk for Deletion

Hi, PTOLEMY. I'm reaching out to you about a couple of things.

First, I'm contacting you about the recent images that you have uploaded to the wiki. The requirements for posting images to the wiki has changed this past year. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about that policy and the requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. In addition, all images using AI generating software are required to include [[Category:AI artwork]] on the files themselves. I have edited all but two of the files that you have uploaded to include this, however in the future if this continues to be omitted, I will begin flagging those files for moderater review/deletion. This text should be added as part of the image file description when you upload it, or edited it into the image file description after uploading. The two files I have not edited to include this information are outlined in the next paragraph.

Second, you recently edited a character page, Hadya (prime), which has been maintained by another user. There is no indication anywhere that Hadya's player gave you permission to edit a character page on their behalf. Gswiki:Policy prohibits users from creating or editing character pages unless the character is theirs or they have been given permission by that character's player to make those edits. If you do have permission to edit Hadya's character page, you will need to indicate this by clearly stating it on its Discussion tab, Talk:Hadya (prime), that you have been given permission to do so by her player. Alternatively, Hadya's player can put that information on the discussion tab. When adding that information, please make sure to add ~~~~ at the end of your comments, which will automatically add a "signature" with your user name, plus the date and time of when your edit was made. I am flagging the edits you made to this article as well as the two images you uploaded for it as not following Gswiki:Policy requiring permission from the character's player. The two impacted images are File:Hadya AI Ptolemy.jpg and File:HadyaSummons AI Ptolemy.jpg. These two images are also missing the required [[Category:AI artwork]].

If that information is not added within 7 days, these images and article edits will be deleted from the wiki. Please do not remove the {{moddelete}} template from the images and article displaying them. Another moderator or I will remove that template after your updates have been reviewed to ensure that they meet Gswiki:Policy requirements.
