Offshore Fashion is a shop in the Flotilla that sells apparel.

The shop entrance is a scruffy canvas tent located on The Merry Kraken. This is a rotating shop and may not be available at certain times.

Loosely knotted lengths of fishing net decorate the salt-stained walls of orange and blue canvas, the lattice weighted by iron hooks displaying several garments. Paper-lacquered nielira and narwhals stand posed at the sides of an oversized brass-plated chest, their tentacles and horns hanging lengths of colorful jewelry. You also see a length of knotted fishing net with some stuff on it.
