Clear Rainbow-flecked Crystal are made by wizards trained in the Alchemic Trinkets subskill of Alchemy. These crystals contain the spell Thurfel's Ward (503).
Each completed formula will yield a crystal with 2 charges.
The recipe can be made by a wizard with 11 ranks in Alchemic Trinkets and can be used for reps until rank 17.
