Alastir is an Illistim Elf, who has mastered the art of Wizardy. His primary home is a private property in Ta'Illistim called Journey's End. He will occasionally make camp in the private property called Safe Harbor when combating the foes in the Sanctum of Scales. And when visiting the town of Icemule Trace, he lodges in the private property Spindrift Sanctuary.

Appearance

You see Alastir.
He appears to be an Illistim Elf.
He is tall in stature and has a trim build. He appears to be immature. He has slit-pupilled crimson eyes and sun-kissed, unblemished skin. He has chin length, razor-cut dark blonde hair tucked neatly behind his ears. He has well-muscled shoulders and arms. He has long, lean legs and slim hips. Perched on the bridge of his nose, he wears a pair of dark ghezyte glasses that perfectly frame his eyes and lend him a sophsticated air.
He has a tiny diamond stud in his left nostril, some lines of dark-inked scripture on his wrist, and a silver-limned indigo eel-shaped mark on his ankle.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a dysphotic indigo leather jacket with a shimmering elesine hood, a thin-slotted leather harness over a rigid leather chest guard, an obsidian sea silk shirt cuff-pierced with ghezyte eels, an urglaes thumb-ring, a sleek shark skin belt with a ghezyte chelioboros buckle, a flexible fishnet carryall, a leather herb kit, a leather coin bag, a pair of button-down leather pants washed in aphotic indigo, and a pair of smooth shark skin boots.

History

Little is known about Alastir as his history is steeped in mystery. His apparent rise to fame and wealth dates to Lumnea 5113. It is rumored that his rapid accumulation of wealth and power comes from confidential state funding. He is now one of the most powerful Mages in Illistim Society.

a silver-limned indigo eel-shaped mark

Limned in silver pigments, the twisting body of an indigo eel has an almost ethereal quality that is enhanced by an artistically inked dorsal fin that follows the full length of its sinuous body. Pigments closest to the ankle bone highlight the silver spots that pepper the eel's jaw, which is parted and depicted in the act of consuming its own tail. Lidless eyes, dark-centered and bright white, are fixed in a stare that provides the anguillid an eerie countenance.
