An old aelotoi woman is the clerk incharge of Cysaegir's Chronomage outlet. She is located on top of the pedestal, which is southwest of Lysandrych Common, and can easily be reached by climbing down the tree on the Treetop Platform.
Description
Despite the stooped shoulders and wings, brilliant sea-green eyes stare defiantly into yours. In one hand, she holds an embroidered container.
