* User talk:KITHUS: Hi again, KITHUS. I am reaching out to you about another older image that you had uploaded previously to the wiki, :File:Monk.jpg. While reviewing recent updates to the wiki, I noticed that this image is used on the Comprehensive Monk Guide article and is missing information required by Gswiki:Policy. While you are not the most recent user to have updated the image, you are the image's original uploader and its current version is identical to the version you had originally uploaded to the wiki. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about that policy and the requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. Depending on the nature of this image, you will need to provide specific information about it both on the image file and on all articles using it. In addition, images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in :Category:AI artwork. If that information is not added within 7 days, this image will be deleted from the wiki. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone forum's wiki thread. * User talk:CLTIDBALL: Hello, CLTIBALL. I am reaching out to you about an image that you had previously uploaded to the wiki, :File:Cylnthia 01.jpg. While reviewing recent updates that you made to your character page, Cylnthia (prime), I noticed that it features this image and that it is missing some information that is now required by Gswiki:Policy. GSwiki now has a new policy for all images uploaded to it. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about that policy and the requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. Thank you for already noting that it used aiinput.org AI imaging software to create it. For your image, you will need to add who created it and if permission was granted by the creator to upload it (if that person is not you). That information needs to be on the image as well as on all articles using it. In addition, all images using AI software in their creation are required to be included in :Category:AI artwork, which I have already added to yours. Uploaded Image Patrols
Ongoing record of images needing copyright/attribution information added.
- It that also the case for images (looked over your page to see if someone had the same issue as mine and saw about deleted pages being completely gone). Unfortunately I don't tend to log in unless I'm editing something so I only *just* noticed about the image needing attributions. In this case the image is mine made using Poser software but the computer I made the image on is currently in need of repairs so I can't simply upload it again. I would have messaged you directly but.... I'll keep logged in for a week in look of answer. Thanks.
- Hello, ZEUS. I am responding to the message you left on my image patrol log. Unfortunately File:Sayakah and Ghost.png has already been deleted from the wiki so it cannot be recovered. If you re-upload it, please make sure to note that you are the image creator per the Copyrights section of the GSwiki's Policy. If you need help with that process, I recommend posting to the Gemstone forum's wiki thread on Discord. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 11:05, 8 August 2023 (CDT)
- User talk:BURGHALGNOME: Hello, BURGHALGNOME. While reviewing recent updates to the wiki, I ran across one of the images that you uploaded that has two different people credited for its creation in different places on the wiki. On the file itself for File:FNN7Draelorcatdrink.png, you added the caption/notes that this image was "Created by player of Draelor in Midjourney Uploaded by player of Dendum with permission AI ART", however on the article Black Thorn Resistance/Free North News Issue 7, you added the caption/notes for this same image that it was "Created in Midjourney by player of Dendum uploaded by player of Dendum with permission". Can you please clarify if you or Draelor's player created the image? You will need to do this by either editing the image file's comments or by updating the article's comments for the image. I suspect that this was just a copy and paste error associated with the article given the large quantity of images you have displayed on it. I am not flagging the image at this time, however if no action is taken by you in about a week, I will flag it for further mod review. Thank you again for your ongoing help with image attribtion on the wiki. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 08:10, 11 October 2023 (CDT)
- Hello again, BURGHALGNOME. I have flagged the image I reached out to you about last week, File:FNN7Draelorcatdrink.png, due to the discrepency in noting who used the AI software to create it. Thank you for noting that the image was created with AI software and that permission was granted to upload it. However, due to the discrepency in the information you provided, ou will need to correct either the image uploaded information or the information on Black Thorn Resistance/Free North News Issue 7, which features it, so that both have the same information for who used the AI software to create it. Please see Gswiki:Policy#Copyrights for more information about the image uploading policy and the requirement to note image creators, what AI imaging software was used (if any), and if permission was granted by the creator to upload the image to the wiki. If that information is not added within 7 days, this image will be deleted from the wiki. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone forum's wiki thread. Thank you for understanding. HOST-GSKEBECHET (talk) 08:54, 18 October 2023 (CDT)
