Shear Delight is a shop in the Eastern Harbor, around Mist Harbor, that specializes in beauty supplies and pre-customized feature alterations. It acts as a sort of New Look Pavilion for Premium subscribers only and is located in a reed-thatched marble building on Sea Turtle Lane in Eastern Harbor. The front of the shop sells make up and accessories while the features are available down the hallway. The shop underwent a major renovation in 2014. Millie is Shear Delight's proprietress.
