The gem-inlaid blue teak cart is a wandering cart in the Eastern Harbor, around Mist Harbor, that sells cobbling materials. It is available in the summer and is run by a petite sylvan merchant.
[Eastern Harbor, Sea Turtle Lane] | Room: 3223007 |
Surrounded by flowering trees, the teak and cedar villa sprawls across a petal-strewn lawn along the northern edge of the street. Wide open windows, illuminated from within, provide a view of the cobalt blue walls of the interior, while the exterior is marked by an elegant painted sign and an arched entry that exudes a welcoming atmosphere. Circles of lamplight pool upon the cobblestones and cast shadows in the surrounding foliage that partially obscure a vast marble castle. You also see a gem-inlaid blue teak cart with some stuff on it and a petite sylvan merchant. | |
