The Great Western Sea is the ocean surrounding the western side of the continent of Elanith.
The sea is kept mostly free of piracy by the Turamzzyrian Empire in a naval program that began under Emperor Chaston Kestrel. The main source of danger on the sea, besides sea creatures, are the Krolvin who still send raiding missions down along the coast.
