The Kiramon were an insect-like race which once threatened Elanthia with destruction.
Inter-planar nomads, the Kiramon went from planet to planet devouring the resources until depleted, then repeating the pattern. The Kiramon operated as a collective mind, lead in part by a Brood Mother. The Kiramon have adapted to use electricity as a weapon and tool.
The race was expelled by the elves from Elanthia and sent to what became known as the planet Bre'Naere. Unfortunately, Bre'Naere was already inhabited by the Aelotoi, whom the Kiramon enslaved and genetically altered to suit their needs. Remnants remained on Elanthia in the form of kiramon defenders and kiramon workers, but not enough to pose any considerable risk.
