Spell store provides a 30-second window during which a player may prepare a spell and place it into "storage", where it may be kept in preparation for up to 15 minutes without departing (as normally occurs if the spell is not cast after 30 seconds).
Note that spells may be RELEASEd and re-prepared (and subsequently placed into storage) until the 30-second window has passed.
While previously useful, this spell is somewhat archaic in Gemstone IV's new magic system, in which spells can be prepared and casted and/or INCANTed instantly. Previously, spellcasters would need to dedicate a period of up to 10 seconds to cast a newly learned spell in one's circle, 5 seconds if the caster has attained 3 ranks above that spell, and instant casting only after 5 ranks above.
